RETURN POLICY

Here at Juniper Outdoor, we are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are happy with the products they purchase from us. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact customer service to obtain a return authorization within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns without prior authorization are not accepted and will not be refunded. 


To make a return:

  • Merchandise must be in its original condition to qualify for an exchange or refund.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the original tags attached. 
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging (or similar packaging).
  • DO NOT CREASE OR FOLD HAT BRIMS WHEN HANDLING AND PACKAGING.

 

All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed. Items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded.


SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

Please ship your return with your preferred mail carrier. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We cannot refund the shipping charges.

For orders with faulty or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us for a return label.

Once we receive your package and verify that it is in its original condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise to your original payment method.​
